The room was spacious and clean, staff was helpful and pleasant. Linens were plentiful and nice little extras like microwave popcorn.

I have stayed at this hotel since 01/2011 and I like to say that this is the most comfortable, clean and spacious facility I have been in. The staff is superb and the amenities offered by the hotel are amazing...from daily free breakfast, to free internet, happy hour 3 times a week, business center and much more...The staff is always very courteous, professional and friendly and this applies from the General Manager to the front desk reps, drivers and maintenance. You wont find a better hotel for the rates being charged and its conveniently located with access to the major interstate and restaurants. I give them an A+ and would definetely recommended to everyone.

I don't give many 5 star ratings but here's a hotel that deserves one. First I should say that I'm a CP Elite Diamond member, have been for years, and this is the nicest MainStay Suites I've ever stayed at and one of the top Choice Hotels period I have ever stayed in.

The hotel is a few years old but you can barely tell as it still looks brand new. The suites are moderately sized with a small kitchen complete with cook top, fridge, microwave and dishwasher and my room also had a small balcony outside as well. The tv was a huge flat panel, the bed was a World Class Simmons Beautyrest mattress which was soft and comfortable. The kitchen was pretty tiny but had higher end, stainless steel appliances. I mean you can tell that the owners did not put the cheapest quality items in this hotel, they went all out.

Cleanliness was outstanding, I couldn't even find a single crumb in the toaster, that's how clean everything was.

The only disappointment was the Internet. Both the wireless and wired Internet connections were inconsistent. There were times when it was fine and times when it was really lousy. There appeared to be a lot of latency issues throughout my stay ,which made work difficult at times as I rely on a quality connection.

Beyond that though the hotel was great, this is a Choice Hotels Platinum Award winner and rightfully so. I would not hesitate to stay again when I'm in town.

I have been on location for work and staying (aka "living") in the hotel for the last 3 months (literally here every day and night with the exception of a few weekends). Before that, I was here sporatically since last July, so I've stayed here over 100 nights in the last 7 months...i.e.a lot!! They are outstanding. Every single staff member in the hotel is extremely friendly. I don't know how they manage not to have a single person on their staff who isn't constantly smiling, but they do. The front desk is accomodating, knowledgable, learns your name, etc. My room is always perfectly clean after my housekeeping days. The housekeeping staff is extremely accomodating as well. I trust everyone on the staff--very important to me in a hotel stay!

As to the hotel itself, you can't beat the facilities for this rate. They are fairly new, so there are faux hardwood floors in the kitchen area of the suite, and faux granite for the kitchen and bath countertops. There are nice, big flat-screen TVs in both the bedroom and living area. The gym is very reasonable (I use it almost every day). The common room is nice as well, and a nice breakfast is served every morning, in addition to a "reception" (i.e. happy hour!) with complimentary beer, wine and light snack 3 evenings a week. The front desk always bears warm cookies in the afternoon/early evening for people arriving from work or checking in.

The free wireless internet is great. I use it daily for work and have only experienced a slow period here and there. Although the hotel is definitely geared toward the business traveler, I've seen plenty of families around with children!

I can't say enough good things about the MainStay. They've been outstanding. I've seriously never (NEVER!!) met a nicer front desk and housekeeping staff. I'll actually miss seeing their smiling faces every day when I go back home. If you're in the area and need a nice place to stay one night or one hundred, don't look any further! :)
