This hotel has great rooms,with plenty of space.The room i had was clean with a beatifull view of the mountains.The facilities of the hotel was great.I like a lot the spa center of the hotel which had hammam,warm pool,sauna and the option to have a massage if you want to.The only bad was that the staff in the reception was rude.It was a nice stay.

Spent 2 nights in an apartment in this hotel, to include New Year's eve. Very nice , large apartment with seperate bedroom, additional bed was pull out sofabed. Furnished with kitchenware, excluding a coffee pot. Travelers note, that cleaning by maid staff is not routine in an apartment -which we knew, but did not present any problem. Location was great-within easy walking of downtown area but far enough away so not all of the related noise. Grocery store is located across the street. Large breakfast buffet. Free Wifi in lobby, though not available in room. Small bathroom with no hairdryer. Would stay there again!

We, myself and GF have just returned from Bansko, Bulgaria. I was very impressed by the hotel as I was a little sceptical of the four star rating! The room was very pleasant, though not to the standard of an American or English four star rating. The hotel staff, receptionists, were so friendly and helpful you could not fault them, they try there hardest to please. The only downfall was the cleaning crew! Whom only once changed our towels in seven days and never once changed our bed sheets. They just pulled them up again, once even covering my GF work! Could not believe it! The food at the Banderitsa was perfect and very good value, and of good quality. Overall I would visit this hotel again in a heartbeat.
