The hotel was very cleaned and the staff is very courteous the area is safe. The manager Mrs. Debra Strickland Allen is a great person and always make sure that her occupants are comfortable and safe. Omegaman

The rude manner in which my mom and I were this past weekend (09/10/11) treated has discouraged us from ever staying at this property again! The room was filthy and the linens were soiled with mucus fragments and blood - the staff was completely rude and unaccommodating! I recommend the hotel be given a complete over haul if they are to continue to stay in business. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE! The manager of this property should be doing everything in her power to right the wrongs at her property - whatever happened to not on my watch.

Me and my family were advised to stay at this hotel for a few nights due to being burned out and it was the most AWESOME and comforting thing that I have experienced at such a time as this. I really enjoyed the staff and the sales manager was sooooo WONDERFUL!!! I have been to many hotels but this one really caught my attention and from here on out, I will no longer have to search for a rewarding place to stay when away from home, I already have my choice...LA QUINTA INN & SUITES...My appreciation to the Pine Bluff Staff, there are not enough words in my vocabulary to express our thanks...

This hotel is nothing put prostitues and druggies. It's old, smells like mold and the staff is rude. I was told on the phone that they were the Hampton Inn & Suites, and then when we got there it was far from a Hilton product. If you stay here, bring your bulletproof vest and try not to catch a disease. We found blood on the sheets. I would rather sleep in a tent than sleep here.
