We stayed here two nights and had a very nice experience. The staff is top notch - very friendly, very helpful. I would recommend this to anybody.

I recently came to Pine Bluff, AR on a company business trip. Upon looking at the preferred hotel list for our company I had a choice of Super 8 and La Quinta in Pine Bluff. Obviously, due to the name, I went with La Quinta. I promptly reserved a 2 week stay and drove to my destination. I stayed at La Quinta ONE night. I was so discouraged the next morning, at 6:30 am, I contacted Super 8. The front desk clerk was very courteous and offered apologies on behalf of the other hotel. I asked if it would be a problem checking in early. She explained that it would not be a problem, but if any way possible could I wait until the manager/owner arrived at 8:00am and explain my situation to him. That was not a problem as I still had some work to do.
After contacting the manager, I explained my problems that I had with La Quinta. Again, he was apologetic on behalf of the other hotel and told me to come to the Super 8 as soon as I could and he would take care of me.
As soon as I arrived, he greeted me at the front door. Before booking the room, he personally showed me the room and all the amenities their hotel had to offer. The room and the hotel are in immaculate condition, unlike the previous hotel I had stayed at.
One of the many problems I had with La Quinta was with the internet.... extremely slow. In our conversation over the phone, he told me that wouldn't be a problem here.
While checking in, I checked the internet speed. The manager/owner was right. The internet speed at Super 8 is 3x faster.

Im sorry for the lengthy review, but if you value a clean hotel, courteous and professional staff, check out the Super 8 Motel in Pine Bluff. You will not be disappointed!!

I just stayed at this Super 8, when I arrived it was above my expectations, I was greeted by the Front Desk Clerk who was very friendly, the room was very clean, and the Hotel landscape looked amazing. If your looking for a Hotel in Pine Bluff, I would recommend this one, trust me you won’t be sorry.

We enjoyed our room, especially the Jacuzzi. we were alittle bummed out that the pool was broken but thats ok. The hospitality was above and beyond. We were treated very well. We kinda wished there was an elevaor only do to the elderly and handicapped we brought with us. But overall we enjoyed our 3 days there. The kids loved the waffles!
