We were just passing through, and it happened to be there when we wanted to stop. We found it to be a great hotel, very quiet, room was large, big screen tv, free internet, comfortable beds, both hard and soft pillows for your choice, and a tremendous breakfast including omelets, waffles, and pancakes, plus your usual continental fare. Top it off with an extremely friendly staff and a reasonable price ($81 + tax with discounts), and you couldn't ask for more.

The Name says it all for as littleas they offer here and believe me....I know Pine Bluff....THE PRICE ISN'T WORTH IT

I called the 800# ahead & they were very helpful in finding the nearest Holiday Inn. I asked for the senior rate. We arrived about 15 minutes later. When she she was telling me about our room, I did not pay much attention to when she mentioned it was a senior suite. We got up to our room & it was large. It was a lot more than what we needed to just stay overnight. The rate was still good but next time I will know to make sure I do not get a suite, unless of course I am staying for several nights.
I noticed on my billing that my points were not added. When I question the host the next morning, she did not have time (or want to take the time) to look up my number & give me credit. Instead, she told me that I would need to email when I got back home. I did do this the next night & my points were added.
The breakfast was great.

I think this is the best hotel in the area. We always stay here when in town. However, this time housekeeping totally skipped our room on our second day there. We came back after a long day and still had no clean towels. This upset me just a little. It was a minor annoyance and I will stay there again, just not sure what happened with housekeeping. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, and kind. The breakfast was wonderful, and the pool was nice.
