Stayed here for 2 days for my high school reunion. I booked the room online, a king smoking room. In the comment section I requested a ground floor room due to a disability. My friend booked the same type of room after I did. Upon arrival, I was told that they had flagged me for a 2nd story room. They had my reservation in hand, and told me there was basically nothing they could do about it. The clerk called the manager in to change my room to a double room on the first floor, and at that time I was informed it would be 5.00 a night more for this room. (The clerk and the manager were so very rude!) My friend, who had booked her reservation after I did, received a king room on the first floor. Unbelievable! The room they put me in, the carpets need to be cleaned, it smelled (not from smoke, I can say that as a smoker) but just a general "dirty" smell. The pool was over chlorinated and murky. If I had the option of moving to another hotel, I would have, yet time was short after the drive. I can say that I will NEVER stay at such a rude, smelly, foul place again in my life.

We were in desperate need of someplace to stay, and found them on the internet. I got lost finding the place, but the desk clerk talked me through how to get there.

Everything was clean, I felt safe, and everyone was polite.

We stayed here with our baseball team. The management was horrible and tried charging us for two rooms that we didn't stay in. In the room in which we stayed, there was mold around the bath tub and holes in the curtains. Another family's room had roaches in the room and pictures were taken and will be sent to the main office. We also did not recieve the special rate we were supposed to recieve for booking so many rooms at one time. I would not reccomend a stay here!!!

I have stayed here on an ongoing basis for the past nine months for business-related travel. It has been a delightful experience and the hotel has become my "home away from home". The accomodations are very comfortable and serve my needs very well. To top it all off, the staff always seems eager to provide their guests with efficient and courteous service. I heartily recommend the Super 8 North Little Rock/MeCain! ~ RB
