Averagely clean rooms, way too much noise to sleep properly, and the area seems a bit "iffy." The woman at check-in was exhaustively sharing details about her personal life while checking us in. The lobby was too-hot or too-cold, the rooms as well, so when we weren't sweaty we were freezing. We left before breakfast, but that's only because the employees on their smoke breaks were too busy with each other to provide adequate service. Had we paid $50 and not felt unsafe, it might have been a better value.

This Hampton Inn is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I would not stay here again if it was the only one in North Little Rock. The service is a joke and when I told the girl that my room didn't have a microwave, she said that all rooms don't come with one and I told her that I reserved a room with one. All you will here is " there's nothing I can do" ! This is a non smoking and my room reeked with smoke. The noise is constant and don't expect to sleep with out sleeping pills.

This hotel has been renovated in the areas that we had access to. Out room had new carpet, curtains, bedspread , furniture and wall covering. What was not new was the old TV set in the room. That set has to go. It was old , old and had lost much of it's color in the picture. The breakfast was not all that great and we think that may have been because it was a Sunday when we were there. The staff in every area that we encountered, from the front desk to the breakfast area were cordial and professional. The lobby area was very clean as was the breakfast area. One can find a few faults like the tile in the bath was apparently installed by a non-professional. The bath tub also showed it's age, however the sink and counter appeared to be new. The internet was free and worked well and the working desk was new and large enough to work on, not like some of the very small desk at some hotels. The price was right too , however this was a week end when rates apparently at this location go down.Parking right at the hotel and the parking lot was clean. Free newspaper during weekdays.

I have stayed here a few times when working in the area. The hotel is ok but has been slipping over the year. I had the most disgusting event happen to me this stay. After a long day I filled the Whirlpool tub with water made myself comfortable and pushed the button to start the jets. The water started shooting out the jets along black crud this black substance was all over me. Never again will I stay at this hotel. I have included pictures.
