In just a two hour period we saw three roaches in our room! One had gotten in our bag of chips and we took it outside and killed, then a second one was crawling on the night stand between the beds. I killed it and picked it up in a kleenex. When a third one appeared I headed for the office. The lady came to our room and I showed her the one I killed in the kleenex. Though I had proof they would not refund us our money! The only thing they offered was to move us to another room. If one room has them, they all do! The sunrise breakfast was only glazed donuts and cold cereal, and the picture on the website is deceaving, there was only one small table in the breakfast room. I have never stayed at such a bad Days Inn or had roaches in my room before! WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!

If anyone is planning on staying at the Days Inn in Northe Little Rock I suggest that you think again. Me my 2 yr old and her daddy stayed at the Days Inn while we were fixing up our house down the road remodeling it and it was aweful. The rooms are not very clean there is dirt and stuff cake behind the night stands. I found a old condom wrapper behind the bed when I was looking for my phone. That was disgusting. When the housekeeper came in to clean my room and they said they changed the bedding I noticed the burn was still in the cover that was there before they came in to clean. Then my daughter ended up peeing in the bed (shes 2 it happens) anyways they came in again to clean and the sheets were not changed the bed still smelt like pee and it was still wet, all they did was make the bed. The best part is that I had a ten dollar bill and a 5 and some ones laying on the dest when they came in to clean I didn't have a chance to grabe it because they were basicly rushing me to get out. Well the ten ended up when OI came back in it was gone. I let it go that time and didn't say anything. Well then 2 days later when they came in to clean I was there by myself because my daughter stayed the night with her mimi and my boyfried was at work, anyways I had worked that night and did not get to bed til about 7 am and they ended up knocking on the door at 10 am. I answered and no one was there they started working on the room next door which I didnt understand why they knocked on my door if they weren't cleaning it then because they know I work at night. Well I went back to sleep and they knocked again at 12 pm I answered and they told me I needed to go outside they had to clean they didn't give me time to do anything they just walked in on me so I forgot to grab my money which was beside the tv and it was a ten and 4 ones. I came back in and looked around the money had been moved a little and the ten was gone. So when my bf gor home I asked him if he took it he said no he grabbed th 20 that was there earlier which I knew he was taking that I didnt include it he had to have gas. So he went down to the front dest to say something because this was the secound time it happened. The person at the front dest said the the owner would be down in a little bit, anyways the owner called me on the motel phone and was hateful, told me I was a liar and that hi staff doesn't take money that I need to grab m money anyways. I told him that I didn't have a chance that they made me get out as soon as they knocke don the door. He said that I also need to keep my cloths in trash bags and that I also need to take out the trash in the trash cans out myself. Last time I checked that was the housekeepers job. Anyways he did not go down and talk to my bf he left him hanging there for a about 20 minutes so finally my bf had to leave and said he would be back later. But come to find out the owner wa not planning on going dawn to talk to him at all he just called me and told me I was a liar and there was nothing he was going to do or say about it.. So I suggest you go somewhere else and skip the Days Inn. You will basiclly be paying the same price for a way nicer hoter across the road.

Right off the freeway. The staff were very pleasant. We thought it was a good place to stay outside of Little Rock on our way to Branson and for the price, it was pretty good.

My husband & I were returning from a family emergency trip to McKinney, Texas. We had left our home in Sevierville, Tn. and drove straight through to Texas. After taking care of the situation in Texas, we did a quick return trip...being exhausted and in need of rest & sleep we decided to check in to the Days Inn located at 5800 Pritchard Drive. We thought the room was acceptable, until I turned down the covers of the bed that I was going to sleep in...Imagine my horror and disgust upon finding 2 sexually explicit pornographic magazines!! These were found under the top sheet and had apparently been placed there..I began to wonder if the beds had clean linens on them..I made a trip to the front desk immediately, and told the desk clerk we needed to talk.. She was decorating the lobby for Christmas, and seemed a little unconcerned..She went behind the desk, at which time I laid the books on the counter. I told her that they had been found under the sheets....She began making excuses....some of them being that they have strange people staying there from time to time, That smoking rooms were usually occupied by construction crew, or truck drivers...You just never know what people leave behind was her reply, I explained again that the books were found between the sheets...I then told her my concerns about the bed linens being changed, to which her reply was, she was sure they had been changed because the laundry was sent out..Whatever that means. She then proceeded to tell me about a housekeeper that was employed there, who has a jealous husband, that comes to work with her, that maybe he put them there because he was mad at his wife..another reply was that someone was "gonna get it" when the head housekeeper came in the following morning...She took the books and placed a note on them stating that they had been found in Room# ***..Her only other comment was "Well, do you want to change rooms"? to then she replied that she needed a cigarette "on this one".She was laughing as she went out the side door to smoke...Can anyone imagine how disgusting and horrible this situation was, Not only to me as a woman to find this, BUT what if I had been traveling with my grandchildren??? The next morning as we prepared to leave the Head of housekeeping came to our room, and asked me show her which bed the books were found in, and where in the bed were they located...At which time I did...I also pointed out some other unsatisfactory things that I had noticed..The filth and dirt on the lamp shades located between the beds..It became very clear to me that what this room needed was a very through cleaning...The drapes had a huge tear in them, as well as one of the blankets had a cigarette burn in it. The head housekeeper was concerned about this situation..She certainly deserves a better housekeeping staff..When I went to the front desk to check out, I told the desk clerk, what I was checking out of room ***, to which she laughed and replied, "oh that room, I heard what I happened" my reply to her was " I want my money back" to which she said she couldn't give me a refund, the manager had to decide that, and since he wasn't there, she would leave a note for him to call me..She took my number...I'm still waiting...We arrived home Sunday night December 2, with today being December 3, and I have heard nothing..This will be reported, to the Better Business Bureau, Hotel Association of Little Rock, Local TV-News Channel, Local newspaper, And the Days Inn headquarters...I do expect a full refund.
