From my check in to check out, the service I received was something I had never gotten from any other hotel that I've ever stayed in. They really made me feel at home. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was a pleasurable one. Housekeeping did an exceptional job on the upkeeping of the property. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who will be traveling in the Little Rock/North Little rock area. Being able to have a drink and not worry about who's driving was a major A++. Thanks Holiday Inn in North Little Rock. I know where i'll be staying when i'm back in the area.

I spend 250 days in hotels per year and think I'm quite qualified to evalute hotels. I didn't know what to expect when I pulled up into this facility but I was blown away by the service that was recieved. This seem to be an older holiday inn but they did an awesome job of modernizing it. The lobby is gorgeous and welcoming, the rooms are tastefully decorated and FRESH and CLEAN and the ambience in the restaurant is priceless. They have a really nice night club with great entertainment everyday of the week. I loved the Karaoke on Tuesdays. This hotel's staff is the absolutely best staff I've ever seen. Everyone is so freindly and helpful...they really go the extra mile to make sure that their guests are satisfied. They are always professional and really respond to my needs. The manager AL is all about guest satisfaction and I always admire how he leads his staff by example. He is so cool and most accomodating. Everyone here is just so nice. I will never stay at another hotel when I'm in the Little Rock area.

We drove through the night to get here and was greated by an outstanding staff. Each person was friendly and helpful from the clerk on the desk, the housekeeping staff, and the bar keep.

This hotel was horrible. My husband and I decided to spend the night on a spur of the moment thing and I wish we had driven home. Our room had no hot water and when I called down to ask if anyone else was having a problem I was told that noone else had complained and they would reset the boiler and to wait 15 minutes and try again. I waited for over and hour and still no hot water. I was finally fed up and went down to the front desk where I was given a new room. I tried the new room and the water was lukewarm at best but I just shrugged that off for not running it long enough. The next morning still not hot water. Then the tub stopped up with the cold shower water. I again reported this and this time someone was sent up to investigate. Although he stayed in the bathroom for 10 minutes and flushed the toilet several times and I could hear him snaking the drain he came out with the bathtub stopper and informed us that we had to twist it to get it off. NO DUH! I didn't want it off I wanted the tub to drain and doesn't he think we tried that. At this point I had had enough and decided we were leaving. We checked out and the same front desk clerk who also claimed to be a mgr when I asked for one just shrugged when I told him that I had never experienced such a horrible stay at a Holiday Inn. Also do not do the breakfast room service because they are rude taking your order, mess up your order and give you nasty food that tastes as though it is spoiled. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
