We stayed here and it was descent.. staff was very friendly.. BUT the owner (which he's the owner of the ones surrounding it too) was VERY RUDE !! He had a problem with a wife stayin in the room.. when we checked in we told them there would be 2 and we got the corprate rate that was told to us..and the deal the guys set up was to get the room cleaned every 2 days.. but we were new coming in that week and WASN'T TOLD THAT when we checked in...so during this week we stayed .. we only got clean towels for several days.. i left room..so on the 4th day..the supposedly HEAD OF HOUSE KEEPING guy was changin out towels in all the rooms when i left.. i come back.. no clean towels.. sooo i call down to front desk.. asked how come the room wasn't clean or towels.. was told the deal that was made btw the other groups and was fine with it until the head of house keeping guy was RUDE TOO.. soo wasn't pleased with that situation... but i let it go.. we ended up checkin out early b/c my husband was done with his business so we supposedly got a refund.. i checked the bank account and still no refund.. called the hotel to make sure they did it.. the phones say they are NOT in service.. so i called the hotel next door which is the owner of this hotel and he was VERY RUDE and not costumer friendly at all!!!!! He was mad bc i stayed with my husband in the room.. and We rented this room for a week.. i was in and out and NOT A WORD was said... the room was not cleaned but ONCE and that was b/c i asked them too and he brought that up too bc supposedly i didn't have the right to ask for towels or get the room cleaned....but yet I'm costing him money.. I WOULD NOT GIVE HIM ANOTHER DIME OF OUR MONEY.. This is AMERICA and you aren't the only game in town!!!!!!!!!
