“Dirty and bad smell”

Have booked the hotel via Airasia, Have viewed the hotel's web site and thought that it was acceptable, not big nor very beautiful but look clean. But upon entering the room, the smell was so bad that we asked the staff for air freshener, which did not help much. The telephones did not work in both rooms that we booked. The chairs in the rooms were dirty. The mattress was so worn out that the big cradle at the center was visible with bare eyes. The rate that we got at about B1,000 per night was not so cheap. I'm sure we can get a far much better room than this at lower rate. So sad that at the time we booked, we did not have time to search for other hotels, and did not view comments in tripadvisor.
We'll never ever go back there again.

“DIRTY ROOM”

Went to hatyai recently with my daughter n mum/sis in law, We booked the family room as the rate was very cheap n when i viewed the hotel thru internet, the rooms were very nice n attractive . Actually i did not expect a very nice hotel with the money i payfor but it was terriblly dirty, the bathroom is very small , the basin is so near to the toilet that when ever u need to do business u need to adjust yourself n hold on to the basin if not u will bang your body to it. Basin is semi stuck n u need to wait till the flow of water sipped dwn before u continue. Staff is unfriendly n service is poor.
