The location is great and the view is fantastic. However service is indifferent.. Staff have a couldn't care less attitude - they behave as if you will never be back and that they don't care. On arrrival they took my luggage and left it outside my door with no regard for security. I had requested a non-smoking room - they gave me a smoking room. The staff did offer to relocate me the next day, however, it seemed every room they showed me was in the same worn condition. I was confirmed in a room with a king size bed, they gave me double. WIFI didn't work in my room. Included buffet breakfast was poor. I would have liked to use the pool, but didn't because I never saw it being cleaned during the three days that I was here. If you want a hotel that is not a two star and you can't afford a five star then I'd reluctantly recommend this hotel. But don't expect a 4 star experience. Tour operator in hotel lobby was a fantastic guide, great value. I wanted to leave the hotel a day early, they said okay but you'll have to pay anyway. This was within their right, but they could have decided differently given the problem with my room WIFI.
