We book 3 rooms and stayed here for three nights during the end of December. Our stay was good. Like others' comments, the rooms are a little dated, but this wasn't a problem. This time is of year is quite cold however, and it would have been nice to be provided additional blankets or a working heater. Shower pressure was great!

We booked online and got a great deal including breakfast. Value for money for sure. The location is good and you have a pretty unobstructed view of the golden triangle area. There are some small shops that line the street close to the hotel, good for snacks, etc.

The place isn't near Chiang Rai airport, so be prepared for an apx 45 min ride to the hotel. If you plan on staying here, it's best to book or have your own transportation. You'll need it to get around.

Staff was friendly. Stay was comfortable. (except for one night where they had some group party setup on the lawn ... loudspeakers, singing and the normal sounds that go with big groups drinking lasted all night).

Even though I used my complimentary voucher for a 2-day stay at your hotel, your staff services at the reception and restaurant were excellent. My room was perfect too.

We stayed in this hotel on a round trip to the Golden triangle which is 5 min. walk from the hotel and less spectacular than I expected.
The rooms are spacious, however everything is old and rather shabby, the pool a concrete box with old and broken sunbeds.... As there is not much to do in the near vicinity, we had dinner in the restaurant which I cannot recommend either. Breakfast (incl. omelettes) was served cold, the staff less friendly than I experienced in other places in Thailand. Apparently, many organised groups stay here who continue their journey quite early on the morning. So if you stay here, be prepared for lots of noise from 6 am as the rooms are not very well insulated.
All in all, I would not recommend this place.

We have 5 years old kid. We've got superior room (double bed). It's ok for us. We've rested on 3rd floor, good view but the room has some smell from the old.. (don't think to the ghost ^_^)

Staffs are gental and friendly.

The amennities are good. The pool should be improve.

Totally, we give 7/10 for this hotel.

p.s. our trip wasn't include breakfast. So, no comment for food.
