We have 5 years old kid. We've got superior room (double bed). It's ok for us. We've rested on 3rd floor, good view but the room has some smell from the old.. (don't think to the ghost ^_^)

Staffs are gental and friendly.

The amennities are good. The pool should be improve.

Totally, we give 7/10 for this hotel.

p.s. our trip wasn't include breakfast. So, no comment for food.

Had a communications problem on checking out. Had confirmed rate on arrival (bell boy possibly) as being B2300 with breakfast total for two nights - reiterated that total was complete stay - however on checkout staff maintained was one night tarrif. Booking card signed by us was filled in after we left front desk and this was our main point.
Amicable discussion and senior staff waived extra payment - a very welcome gesture. At full price there are nicer cheaper hotels in this area but view was stunning, and problems were sorted immediately.

we stayed here for one night on a trip to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam in February 2011. I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were very attentive,lovely swimming pool, set on the side of a river. There is also a good spa and gym. the rooms were large and comfortable. It is a drive from the centre of town but hotel provided a bus service which was efficient. A really nice quiet hotel.
