If you want to get away for the weekend and enjoy peace and quiet, outstanding accommodations, great food and one of the best golf courses in Kenya, go to the Great Rift Valley Lodge and Golf Resort. The staff are extremely hospitable and their service is first class. The course is challenging and well maintained and the views are fantastic. I am looking forward to going back.

We stayed at the Great Rift Valley Lodge for 2 nights in Dec 2011 as part of our honeymoon, (6 day Intrepid Safari). Our stay was extremely pleasant and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. I was suffering from illness due to anti malaria tablets and the staff at the lodge did everything they could to assist me and make me feel better. Our room was very clean, and we had a stunning view over the rift valley, The safari guide we had was William and he was very informative and friendly. He was also brilliant at spotting animals (I still don't know how he spotted the lion lying down in long grass from about 800 metres)
Overall our stay at the lodge was really nice and we would recommend it to anyone who is staying around Naivasha. Thank you so much to all the staff
