When we arrived the desk clerk was very rude! The dresser face fell off on my daughters foot, and we were offered a band-aid! There was only one towel and wash cloth in the room and the ones we received when we requested more were dirty! The noise was terrible. Extremely loud parties in the parking lot and rooms, and the staff did nothing about it. The free breakfast was a joke and if you did not get there extra early it was non existent! The room was not clean, to include the bathrooms and the toilet! I have always liked staying in the Days Inn when I travel, but I will never go to this one again.

The service was very good. The Comfort Inn looks new from the outside, but the furniture in the rooms are worn. They do have golden belgin waffles as part of the continental breakfast provided you get downstairs by 8:30. The orange juice was watered down but the apple juice was good. The pastry selection was 2 types and ho hum. The business center is great. They have cable access to the internet for customers. One really big problem is they spray the rooms with some kind of flower smelling air freshner. I think those who work here smell it so much they don't notice it. My wife thinks it's used to hide a smokey smell. It really put us off. It was so strong in the Fitness room that I got a headache in my 1/2 hour workout. However, I thought the equipment was pretty good. The rooms are either very small with a king size bed crammed in with a fridge, iron, coffee maker, hair dryer (all good but too small for my wife and I for 3 days) or very spacious. The suite was only $5 a night more and I recommend that room if you stay here. We'll be back to Jones boro but will not stay here again because of the air freshner smell that is too much or is hiding another smell. If they solve that and upgrade the furniture, the place will be better on the inside than it looks from the outside. If you smoke, you probably won't notice. If you don't, I guarentee you will. Again, the service was very helpful.

The staff at the Days Inn was exceptional. They went out of their way for me. I will never forget them. They made my 3 week stay in Jonesboro very pleasant.

For price, value, and service this hotel can't be beat. We paid around $40 and just could not believe it. The rooms were renovated and had microwaves and refridgerators. Even coffeemakers and hairdryers. Great everything!!!
