My husband and I live in Jonesboro and it was our anniversary. We didn't want to go out of town so we stayed here. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was very nice and suggested the suite with the whirlpool, so we took it.
Later that night when we tryed to use the whirlpool it made an awful sound and wouldn't work. We called down to the front desk to complain and the guy just said " we will have to get someone to look at that" No one ever came, which I expected since it was the middle of the night, but they didn't apoligize either or offer us a different room.
The noise from the hallway was too loud also. People slamming doors all night.
There were stains on some of the linens as well.
I like Hampton Inn in general and usually go out of my way to stay there when traveling. But the Jonesboro Ar one does not do the chain justice.

Great breakfast, room clean and staff friendly. Always enjoy our stay.

This was really a nice hotel for the money. The hotel actually felt upscale and the price was right. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. In addition, the breakfast was above average and featured a freshly prepared citrus fruit salad. I would recommend this hotel for a night or two in Jonesboro.

i have stayed at several motels just as good in rooms/amenities as this aND FOR A LOT LESS MONEY.
