Our five-day stay at the Holiday Inn Express Jonesboro was an average experience. The hotel seems to be aging but is well kept. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. The breakfast food was nice. I would wish for ceramic cups rather than styrofoam for coffee.

I have stayed in what was the Comfort Inn and the Hilton Garden Inn. This hotel is far superior to the Comfort Inn. It is on a similar quality level with the Hilton (not quite as new and nice). It is less money. Good value and I would stay again.

The rooms are clean, and the desk staff polite. Lobby is nicely groomed for a budget hotel. breakfast was ok - all you can eat buffet style with limited choices of eggs, bacon, sausage gravy ect...

There is no cable TV guide, so you need to guess at the channels.

There are no in room movies, so you are stuck with small channel selection of cable.

The AC is very old in each room and noisy.

There are no vending machines - just soda machine, so bring food!

the rooms always have a chemical cleaner smell to them

I can deal with all of that.

What is unbearable is the horrible wifi service. It is slow - when it works. Its down more than its up. I have stayed dozens of times there in all locations of rooms - all floors, middle, ends ect... and the wifi service is just horrible. If you need internet access - DO NOT STAY HERE.

Clean,efficient friendly and comfortable. Moderate choices for breakfast included,but adequate.

We have stayed in this hotel for several years and have enjoyed it very much. However, on a recent stay of five days, almost $2,500 of jewelry was stolen from our room. The owner of the hotel was very uncaring about it and said that they have no responsibility for such. It was even suggested that I may have dropped the jewelry in the parking lot! It was inside a zipped bag and inside a zipped pocket in the bag. I would certainly recommend being very careful when staying at this hotel.
