I stayed here one night after one of my busiest travel days. I was pleasantly greeted by the desk staff and she quickly checked me in. I was getting in after 10 and she advised me there weren't many options for having a late dinner. I'm not a fan of the buildings where all room doors are on the outside of the building. It feels less safe and there tends to be a lot more noise from cars, etc. I was satisfied with the updates they'd done to make the room seem similar to other newer Holiday Inns and the suprising lack of outside noise in my room. The bed was quite comfortable. There were a couple bugs in my room, but since the door opens to the outside where at night bugs are by the lights, I could have let them in when I was bringing in my luggage. Overall, this hotel was ok and I'd probably stay here again unless I find a better value with a newer building locally.

Had a terrible experience at the Comfort Inn and suites so I moved to this hotel. It's a little older and right behind the Holiday Inn Express. This place is huge. Staff is amazing and the full breakfast Buffett is great. Rooms are a little dated but the overall condition and comfort are fine. Great stay.

I booked a dbl room 4th of July wknd. checked in Sat. July2,2011. I have lung cancer and have had Rad. trtmnt.,so I can't b in the sun. My son had his Rehearsal dinner in the Craighead room,and my family all stayed b4 wedding. It was great! I got there July 2,my first outing in a yr.. Pool was closed and hot tub. 3:00 became 4:30 I got a pass for Wellness ctr. down the st.,felt so good I walked.Got into the room w/pool and it was like a sweat lodge. I became very ill,barely made it to room,and got in bed for 3 hrs. So much for my 6 p.m. dinner reservation.No lamps worked,even aft I got light bulbs. Personnel were vg!Got back from din.at 10:30,went 2 club,fight,police,fun?2 relax .I was so sure that this is where I wanted to go. Feel so badly. Also got a single not dbl. Should've stayed home. Cost a fortune too,for nothing.Maybe 113 is bad luck,I saw that and thought "Oh wow" This will have 2 B my lucky number. Good guests also,oh well.

This is the 3rd separate time we've stayed at this hotel. It has been consistently great. The location is right off the highway. Beds are wonderful with fresh linens. If your room is located in the Holidome area it can be a little louder than the outer rooms. Breakfast is awesome with: sausage,biscuits, gravy, grits, fruit, yogurt, bacon, eggs, waffle, cereals and more.

There is a pool, pool table and foosball table to entertain kids during a long roadtrip.

Kuerig coffee makers in the guest rooms and Bath&Body Works toileteries in the guestrooms are other added touches.
