I booked this hotel as it was recently upgraded, to overnight in Maun after our trip to the Delta. However, the upgrade does not extend to the whole hotel, only to a couple of rooms, which we did not have. We had two interconnecting garden rooms, which was exceedingly seedy, with dirty curtains and carpets, tired interiors and bathroom, mosquito nets falling out (we had to fix with tape). The garden and pool area was nice, as was some of the staff.
