Stayed at the Belle Vue for a couple of nights whilst attending the Royal Welsh Show.

Accommodation fairly basic but comfortable, good shower, TV etc.

The owners are very welcoming and friendly without being too familiar - good pub/bar/restaurant attached but in a seperate part of the building to where I stayed (rooms 17 so no noise!

Good breakfast and they opened early for those of us that wanted to leave early.

Overall - good value place to stay with bus/train links to Builth.

All I can say & I am sure the rest of my M8's & family would say Is what a cracking time we had . The hopitallity was second to none & will go back again Next year. Once again a massive THANK YOU very much. Andy welling member of the BWORC. BRISTOL.

This was the third time to the hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for us. It's well placed with bank, shop, and petrol station within 2 mins.

Given the low price we paid for a room with breakfast this hotel offers good value. The room was small, so it felt cramped for two adults and their luggage, rather dark and the furnishings adequate. Breakfast was good and filling and the staff were very friendly and relaxed. We had a pleasant drink and a very nice meal in the hotel bar in the evening. This is an adequate place to spend the night, but if you are looking for somewhere special this is not for you, but they aren't charging 'somewhere special' prices so be realistic. Llanwrtyd Wells is definitely worth a visit, it's a lovely village and the surrounding countryside is beautiful.
