The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. The welcome was warm and friendly as was the service at breakfast. Ideally located to walk the coastal path (both south end of Cardigan path and north end of pembroke path).
Unfortunately we had a room on the top floor which proved to be very hot at night. We had to open the window which made little difference to the heat but highlighted what a noisy town this is. Obviously good nightlife as the partying outside our window went on to the wee small hours including one woman who seemed to want the whole of Cardigan to hear her phone call she was so loud.
between the noise, heat and the fact the bed was very soft (may be to others tastes but not ours) we had very little sleep.
The bathroom was spotless and functional with an excellent shower. However if you are of larger than average build you may have difficulty accessing the toilet and basin as it was a bit of a squeeze.
Breakfast was well cooked and served promptly. I had hoped for a good welsh breakfast but this seemed to be a full english breakfast. Perhaps the hotel/Llety should advertise where the products come from. Some more choice would have been welcome as well.
Contact with staff was always friendly and polite but could have been a bit more personal.
parking is difficult.
