Steve and Linda make this a very relaxing and comfortable place to stay and couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and would have stayed longer if we could. They are real dog lovers so it was a great place to take our dog Nell, except for her cat aversion! Sorry Pandora. Gatehouse of Fleet is close by and, if you have a dog, it might help to know you can take dogs in most of the bars there. And, if you like walking and wildlife and beautiful scenery, this area is the place to go.

This is our second visit to this B&B We run a B&B ourselves and cannot fault this one. It only has 3 stars because of a technicallity
they really deserve 4 stars. We had an en-suite room and the other virtually had its own bathroom. It is a charming farmhouse at the end of a track and basking in the warmth of the Gulf Stream. There are views of the fells and ducklings paddling in the stream which flows through the garden. Steve and Lynn are great hosts, great reparte and humour, great ambience, quality breakfasts. It is a perfect little place to do the seaside or fell walking from. They also love our dog.
