Stayed at the Old Lyme Guest House for fireworks night, and would highly recommend it. Rooms are spotless, breakfast really yummy (lovely bacon!). It's located in a quiet street, which is just a short walk to the sea, and NOT up a hill - bit of a bonus in Lyme Regis! The owners are really friendly and helpful, nothing seems too much trouble. Lovely!

We found the B&B to be very clean and welcoming. The owners were very freindly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, very tasty, the only small negative was that even on the weekends breakfast finished at 9am, could be a little later, say 10am on a Sunday. Overall a fabulos place to stay, on the doorstep to everything.

We stayed 3 nights. Paul was so efficient and helpful and friendly. We never saw Tracey, but thats fine. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The room was spotlessly clean with a good supply of tea and coffee. The location was excellent and we liked the walk up the hill to the car park whenever we wanted to go on a drive because it made us feel less guilty about eating such lovely breakfasts. Highly recommended.

This B & B was recommended by my son's friend who had stayed there in June, I'm more than happy to report that his praise was indeed justified.It thoroughly deserves the praise already heaped on it by other reviews on this site, well worth a stay and visiting the many attractions in the local area.
