“A very well located Premier Inn”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 February 2012

A typical Premier Inn with easy access to the main roads to the midlands, Norfolk and North Suffolk. We stayed in the main building which is further away from the main road than the annexe which could suffer from road noise from the nearby main road. The location is excellent for access into Lynn and the North Norfolk coast, including Sandringham, Wells and Blakeney. The food served in the associated Brewers Fayre restaurant/pub was very good and the staff were very polite and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The car park outside the main building was quite large but full when we arrived, many of the cars seem to belong to restaurant customers not staying at the Premier Inn. In the morning this car park was half empty, there is another car park close to the annexe but using this when staying in the main building could cause problems with carrying luggage in the rain. Overall this Premier Inn is in the top five of those we have stayed in, wth good clean but basic accommodation and excellent staff. The location is outside Lynn and it is not practical to walk into town, a petrol station is close by as is another restaurant.

“good choice for family get-together”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 January 2012

We booked this hotel mainly on location as we needed to get 3 families (17 people in total, age range 60 to 4 months) together to celebrate a number of 'significant' birthdays in 2011. The staff were very friendly and managed to sort out our slightly complicated room requirements efficiently. Rooms were clean, everything functioned as it should and we were pleased with the overall experience. We ate in the attached Brewer's Fayre having pre-booked our table for 17 and although at first the restaurant and bar area seemed chaotic, our table was ready on time and our waiter coped admirably with our large party. Those of us who chose the buffet curry option were slightly disappointed with the limited choice, feeling those who chose meals from the main menu were better off. The chef did explain that supplies had not arrived. Breakfast was fine.

just spent the one night here and really enjoyed it. the room as usual was basic, very clean and modern, great shower, secure parking and attached is the Brewers Fayre restaurant where we had a great evning meal and a great breakfast..It would be nice if a larger FST type TV was in place Is located about a mile from Kings Lynn and 20 min trip to the coast. sandringham is also close by as are 2 National trusts that we have visited previously.

“A traditional Premier Inn, good value, clean and comfortable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 January 2012

A traditional Premier Inn, with it own car park and a Brewers Fayre restaurant on site. The hotel itself is split between two buildings: the main building and an annexe behind the restaurant which has additional parking.

We have stayed here several times, and always the staff have been polite, friendly and efficient. The hotel is clean and the rooms that we have stayed in have always been comfortable, quiet and of a good size. The restaurant is popular so it's probably advisable to book for dinner. There is also an indoor childrens' play area within the restaurant to keep the young ones happy.

From the hotel it is approximately 8 miles to the Sandringham Estate, and about 15 miles to Hunstanton for the beach, so we've found it to be a good location to use as a base to access the North West Norfolk coast and countryside by car.

A short 10 minute drive back along the A47 towards the large roundabout then take the A149 towards Kings Lynn and you'll immediately see a large retail park which contains a range of retail outlets and chain restaurants.

I'm sure we'll be staying here again!
