We went for our wedding anniversary for 3 nights and had room 12 this time, a lovely sup. double with smashing views of the church and the hills beyond/ We had a lovely welcome and found a little bottle of champagne to welcome us back, on ice and nice glasses too, what a lovely touch, is it any wonder they are at the top for customer service..The bathroom is very good too, big and the largest bath ever, you can lie flat! I must add that this place is also Spotless, nice linen and towels and robes, good bath products as well. We ended up eating here every night as it is just so good and you cant fault the service. LOVED IT. The staff here are so good at there job, a credit

The welcome that was given to our dog and extended for our full stay.
The setting, right in the middle of a lovely village.
The dining - excellent in all respects.
Our room - peaceful and luxurious.
The homemade biscuits.
The ambience in the bar in the evening.
The offer of coffee and tea at the bar as well as in our room.
Our unhurried departure.
......we will return for another weekend soon. Ten out of ten. Well done!

Another excellent stay here, with a beautiful room (not over-big), terrific food and beautiful scenery in the town and surrounding countryside.

Not cheap on the wallet though !

Very clean modern accommodation. Made to feel welcome by friendly staff, who looked after us very well. Oh and food is spot on so it's a BIG 10 out of 10 from us.
