“Excellent holiday, beautiful surroundings and weather”

I and my girlfriend stayed here the week before Christmas 2011, not only was the weather hotter than expected but the apartment we stayed in was immaculate. All the staff where very friendly including the bar staff who were always pleasant and made us laugh. Although the pool was freezing which is too be expected in the winter months, it made up for it with the scorching heat and plenty of sun loungers and space too top up the tan! The complex is only a 2 minute walk from all the shops and the beach which is ideal and there is also a mini supermarket right next too the complex which is handy and plenty of tourist info spots. The only down side was after about ten o clock at night it got abit noisy outside this was because of the bars etc but it wasn't anything too moan over still had a good nights sleep every night.

Overall a brilliant holiday and I'm already booking too stay again this autumn!!

“Great location and lovely staff !!”

We stayed here for a week during the last week of August 2011 as a party of 2 adults and 1child. This was an exchange we did via RCI and the accomodaton was very clean, lovely pool and very friendly staff.
We dined at the restaurant at the pool side mostly or breakfast and evening meals. However the apartment was fully equipped if you chose to cook. The waiters were great and the food was great. I would definately recomend trying the canarian potaoes.
The resort is within easy walking distance of shops which will cater for anything you need rom the daily british newspaper to a loaf of bread. There is also plenty of market shops for the fake bags etc.
All in all this was a great holiday and very much a family feel resort, Would stay again !!!

“Nice accommodation”

We have just returned from a holiday at Sunset Harbour. The staff at the resort were fantastic and so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. There had been a lot of work done recently around the complex and it was all looking very nice. Our room was spacious and bright and there were always loads of hot water and fluffy towels in the bathroom.

No fight for sunbeds and lots of space between them round the pool so you didn´t feel crowded. Really liked this area and would stay in this resort again.

“Would love to go back!”

I stayed here in September 2011, and I can honestly say I loved it! Me and my boyfriend stayed in a studio room, which was on the ground floor and looked out onto a Indian restaurant and a car-park, but this did not bother us! the couch-bed we had was nice and comfortable and the room itself was nice and spacious! The bathroom was lovely and clean, and always had fresh towels. The staff were very helpful and always very friendly, especially the young man who worked in the pool side bar/cafe! The 2 pools are lovely, and there was always room for you to put a sun bed down even if you werent up at the crack of dawn! The location aswell was great, 2 minutes from the beach, and about a 15 minute walk into las amercias. Great restaurants and bars also. I would recommend Harleys, which is like a TGI Fridays, and is only a minute walk behind the hotel.
Overall, my stay was amazing and wouldn't hesitate on going back! Hope this helps.

“2 Weeks in Sunset Harbour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 January 2012

Two glorious weeks in Sunset Harbour in November 2011. Great check in - Courteous staff - Porter took all cases to room with a smile. Our one bedroom apartment was in a really weel positioned part with a sea view and also overlooked the harbour ( Puerto Colon )

Massive big bed - Satellite led tv - all kitchen accessories ( microwave - dishwasher - cooker - coffee maker- juice maker - kettle - large fridge/freezer - everything you might need to use.
Air conditioning - ceiling fans in lounge and bedroom.
Comfortable couch/sofa bed which was easy to use ( we had friends stay a couple of nights with us )
The resort had been renovated since our last visit there and looks even more stunning than it did before.
4 bars in the resort - Manolo's ( poolside with excellent beer and tacos ( beer bought but tacos placed on table at irregular intervals at no cost ) Manolo himself is a great Spanish man with a wonderful dry humour. His assistant ( John - is a delightful man - full of fun )
44 Regent Street is the next bar with an axcellent local rose wine served in a large glass which goes down nicely while taking part in the afternoon quiz. The food menu is quite extensive too. Good staff with a cheerful manner. This is the main bar for evening entertainment.
The Pool bar / restaurant ( Polly's ) Serves food all day up till 10.00pm and stays open serving drinks till 12.00pm - Good food and also a place where regular holiday guests tend to sit and chat till closing time. Lastly there is 'Stefan's Bar' which stays open until you return to your apartment. Once again popular with regular guests.
The resort has pleasant entertainment staff who carry out the daytime activities - pool - darts - french boules etc.
All in all a great place to travel to for The last holiday of the year, and as we go there in July too a great summer vacation too.
I have not added photo's as they are all with friends and family, but the resorts website shows a few.

Room Tip: All rooms are good - some have better views than others - as in pool views or sea views - street vi...
