I stayed at Bel Air with my daughter.
The hotel is located up a fairly steep hill. Good excercise for the legs.
The place was filled with nasty big cockroaches. They were all over the bedroom, bathroom, & in every cupboard in the kitchen. I took the toaster out on the balcony, & about 20 of these little pets flowed out.
The pool was dirty, & icy cold. Poolbar was closed.
The on-site restaurant was filled with cigarette-smoke & run by a french lady, (with a nasty attitude), who only catered to people who spoke french, & she'd give you the menu in about 30 minutes. Maybe.
Not a place to eat with a little kid.
I've stayed at Tenerife six times the last four years. I would never recommend Bel Air to anyone.

they were good i tried to talk my other half out of buying rci points but could not they are a good way of buying i time shares but i felt the aggression of the sales team was harsh but they got through to my other half and he persuaded me the whole system was a good idea and we looked rci up on the internet rci and they were a time share company so we went ahead and brought points it was not until we got home and phoned rci that they said they could not find us on there system that we started to look into the matter and this is still ongoing

The sales team here are very profesional at what they do but dont get taken in by them you will regret it and if you are like us you can not aford to lose £3,500

We were caught up in what we think is a huge SCAM at Bel Air Resort, led by Pascale Poutrel and her team. Many people on Holiday Watchdog have neither received cancellation money back, nor received RCI points either, since paying her money! Bel Air itself is dreadfully scruffy and dirty!
