I stayed in Baeza the two last days of 2008, including "nochevieja" (last night of the year). I choose "baeza Monumental" after reading the previous posts. I think I made the right choice.
Baeza Monumental is a very small hotel with only 14 rooms. From the outside the hotel is a bit disapointing and the rroms are rather small, The rest is ok: very clean, nice stuff, has a parking, good breakfast. It`s a good choice speccially if you compare the prices with other hotels there (we only payed 80 for night, a couple with a 10 year oldf daughter, and that including breakfast and vat and "nochevieja"). Of course if you can spend much more money you have other hotels round there that may be better.
