This motel was conveniently located on Interstate 540, off exit 62 in Fayetteville. We have booked through Travelocity for $49 with taxes & fees included. We were a little apprehensive at first, as they are not one of the chains that we were familiar with like Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn, and being that we only needed a clean bed to spend the night (we had checked in at 11pm), and after reading several favorable reviews from various websites, we decided to chance it and were pleasantly surprised.
Our room was like a mini suite: with a loveseat & a small coffee table, mini fridge, microwave, a work desk & 2 chairs, a king size bed, and a clean bathroom with the basic essentials, such as clean towels, basic toiletries (packet shampoo & conditioner, bar soaps), a hair dryer, and cable TV with channel guide.
However, the Continental Breakfast in the lobby was very limited, with only packaged pastries (dingdong's, maybe), coffee & milk, but no juice.
Interestingly, they also provide a copy of the local Sunday newspaper in the morning, delivered to the room, even though it was raining the whole night and throughout most of the next morning (we checked out around 9am). In my humble opinion, I think the breakfast and newspaper were not necessary; but in-room coffee maker would have been better.
Just a side note on our room: we could not adjust the TV volume (and it was blasting loud), and one of the bedside lamps did not work.
Overall, for the price of the room, the location, and reasonable cleanliness, we would stay there again.
