This is the 2nd time we've used this hotel, staying here the night before flying out and leave the car at their car park.
Hotel is clean, good rooms and nice staff. Good coach service to and from the airport.
BUT: the carpark has so far been a 100% failure.
Last year we couldnt get in to the carpark. Nor out afterwards either. This year we couldnt get in. The instructions tell those who have pre-booked expicitly not to take a ticket, but instead to enter their pin number. When that didnt work, I abandoned the car and headed for reception who told me to .....take a ticket! Then when checking in later at reception they gave me a conventional ticket with which to escape the carpark upon our return. That worked, but last year it didn't. When you arrive on a wet night, a queue developing behind and the wind is howling, the last thing you want is grief with something so simple as gaining entry to the carpark. They need to get this sorted out.
Otherwise, great hotel, very convenient and well priced.

Many thanks for your recent review.We were very pleased to read that you were happy with our hotels' facilities. On the other hand there were some issues with our car-parking system.You will be delighted to hear that we have just completed a complete overhaul of our car park ticketing system replacing all our entry exit barriers/introducing a state of the art number plate recognition system all tied in with new validating terminals in the main hotel.We value our guests and appreciate their comments and endeavour to provide the best available service at all times
