Stayed 3 night at this hotel (pronounced Hlith) Outside was nothing special, modern spacious, tasteful and warm inside. Our room was a good size double with en suite, very clean. The bed was comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping at all. Very peaceful location.
The hotel manager was really really helpful and pleasant. He even arranged for an earlier breakfast for us on the day that we had a long drive.
Breakfast was a thoughful continental, an array of teas, preserves, cereal, yoghurt, warm bread, crispbreads, ham, cheese etc. Very nice indeed.
The evening meal was a set meal which was really good. When we were there the hotel was doing a nights package so the meal was the same each night. We ate out on the second night but as we had enjoyed it so much at the hotel on the first night, we decided to have our dinner ther on our final night. This of course means you can both have a drink or 2.
The hot tub in the garden was lovely for a soak after a hard days sightseeing too.
would go back tomorrow!!
