One of my friend from booked this hotel for me. When I come to the hotel for rest I faced with different kind of difficulties. The main heater in the room doesn't work in a cold weahter in January. Then I want for help from the front desk and they couldn' t repair the berakdown. The second bad luck and meeting with difficulties was a dirty bed sheet. secondly I want help from the guy and we change the dirty bed sheet. Time come to 02.30 at night and I m trying to sleep. In the morning when I get up and try to take a shower there was a new dicficulty occure. In 3 minutes there was no hot water in the shower and I went to the lobby. Because of the hotel officer in charge unable to speak enough English I m waiting for my friends whom are Greek. When my firends come and telling our dissatisfaction, the guy and his wife were regret their fault with a laudly onise and as an impolite manner. Can you imagine that you booked a hotel to have a rest and for holiday, and faced with a dirty bed, cold shower and a room with a non heater. Besides hearing an impolite words (not an excuse) from the hotel crew. This is what we find in that hotel. (without a comment)
