“Avoid this place”

I was in Eureka for my son's wedding and stayed here. Thought it was going to be a decent place with reasonable value. The room itself wasn't horrible but it was freezing cold when we checked in. Turned the heat up which eventually got warm by bedtime but then the heat wouldn't shut off. It was suffocatingly hot the rest of the night. The pool temp was too cold to be comfortable and the jacuzzi had soap bubbles in it. But the real problem was the service. My car needed emergency repair just after arriving on Sunday afternoon. Asked Holly if we could stay after check out while the car was in the shop w/o a charge. She said you can stay til 1 but after that I have to charge you. The next morning I was confirming with the desk clerk on duty and she knew nothing of it. She said she would check with housekeeping and they didn't know anything about it. She said we couldn't stay. When I asked if she checked with Holly, she showed me a text where Holly said she didn't make any kind of arrangement like that. This is the end of January. This is the off season. The hotel is 90% vacant! I'm not asking to stay another night. All I needed was a place for my group to be safe, warm, & comfortable for a few additional hours while waiting on emergency car repairs. All the manager wanted to do was argue and say she couldn't do that. Fortunately the car was repaired by 11:30 and we couldn't leave fast enough. If you ever need your car repaired in the Eureka area, go to K Way Automotive. If you ever need some home repairs done in the Eureka area, call Ken Ham who stopped to help some stranded motorist. Thanks to Ken, K Way Automotive, and G&I Towing. They made what was a difficult situation, bearable.

Nice room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, very accessable to downtown and the Thorncown Chapel. Holly at the front desk was awesome! Will stay here again.

“My Eureka Springs Wedding”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 November 2011

We had such a great time for my small, simple wedding. Quality Inn made it very easy to book rooms for my group of about 25. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The king junior suite was so great. We were able to fit all of our friends and family in there to do a small champagne toast. My wedding went so smooth with help from the staff and especially sales manager Janet Morgan. We were able to have our perfect beautiful and simple wedding without all the fuss. We can't wait to go back for our anniversary or even just a weekend trip!

Room Tip: The rooms that face the road were great. It made easy access to go to the parking lot and there was...

“Comfortable room”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 November 2011

This is a nice room with very comfortable beds, plenty of room in the bath and dressing area. Good Wifi. Breakfast was satisfactory but do need to have fresh fruit and a waffle iron would be nice. They do have yogurt, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, toast, cereals, juice, coffee, milk, etc. I asked for a ground floor room so that we could park at our door so getting our luggage in wouldn't be such a hassle, but we were given a third floor room because I got the room reservation online and we had the senior rate, so said the receptionist. We are 70 and 68 yrs. of age. To get your luggage to the room, you take the elevator up to the 3 floor, walk into an unheated area, onto an outside walkway and on to your room. To get ice or go to breakfast, we have to go back downstairs. They have outside access to the parking lot, but it's down 2 flights of stairs. If it was the busy season, I might could understand, but in the middle of Nov. when there's very few tourist in town (and there's dozens of motels, etc.), I would think they would be more considerate of their older guests. We are on our way home from attending the funeral of a sister inlaw in Okla. and were absolutely worn out when we arrived. We did have a good nights rest.

Room Tip: Get a room on the lower level if at all possible. Bring your own fruit for breakfast.

“Fall Retreat!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 November 2011

This Hotel was GREAT & the staff so friendly & went out of their way to take good care of us!! We had a small group (14) of Ladies from our Church in Norman OK. We came to see the fall foliage, shop, & see the Passion Play! Our first night was totally open so a group of us played games, had snacks & watched the "Dive in Movies"! The hotel was so accommodating they let us pick the movie & use the breakfast area for our snacks & games. They made all the arrangements for our shows & the Passion Play (they even got us a discount on the tickets)!
The Hotel was on the Trolley Route so we could leave to shop at our own pace after a Great HOT Breakfast (not just cereal & donuts)! The Beds we really comfortable & clean. Would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone but it's really Great for small & large groups!
