This property could use some modernization. Our room was drab and dated. The noisy heater ran continuously, never cycling at the temperature entered. So we turned it off and on manually. The on site restaurant served good home style food at a reasonable price. There was no complimentary breakfast. Upon arrival I inquired about a certain attraction and was told that it was open. It was closed for the season.

Loved this place! Very convenient location, the beds were AMAZING, loved the down comforters! Kids thought the pool, arcade and miniature golf were great. Very reasonably priced, excellent restaurant on site and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

We were recently there for a wedding and reception. Overall the hotel was nice and clean-inside and out. The room was large, clean, and decorated much more modern than I had expected. The bed was comfortable; however, it sunk in the middle. I am a small person and my husband is not large at all so I would just say it was time to get new ones. Overall the hotel was nice.
Since we were there for a wedding we also attended a wedding reception afterwards at the convention center-it was very nice and the staff was great. Due to some unforeseen mishaps I had the pleasure of working closely with the serving staff and decorating staff. Overall the folks there were nice.
We ate breakfast at the restaurant but I thought the staff needed an attitude adjustment. It was buffet and food was pretty good but the waitress were a bit cranky..
We are use to staying at Hilton's and I was impressed with this Best Western.

We had a winter Vacation. Got a Jacuzzi room. They did give us a better deal because it is their slow season. Nice, clean and the people were very nice. The only thing is at 6am for the first 3 mornings someone in the room above sounded like a boom box walking around. To close to the kitchen so the noise from the swinging doors woke us up. But other than that I would recommend a stay here.

I attended a conference at the Inn of the Ozarks this past October. It was a good stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful in sending faxes for me. The rooms were clean and spacious although a little dated. I had a room at the back of the hotel facing the trees. It was quiet yet convenient to our parking spot. This was the third conference I have attended in Eureka Springs over the past 15 years. Each time we have stayed at the Inn of the Ozarks. The thing I liked best was the large rooms and that the rooms were clean.
