“Great Place to Stay”

Red Bud Manor Bed & Breakfast is a gem. I highly recommend this to anyone planning on visiting Eureka Springs and wanting a restful place to stay. The proprietor, Deb, is a wonderful and accommodating hostess. Deb has thought of everything to make your stay a memorable and enjoyable one. The breakfasts are excellent. The bedding is heavenly. This place is very clean and looked after with love. After 3 stays in Eureka Springs at a variety of accommodations, this one is tops! My husband and I were delighted and will be staying here on our next visit.

“Nice host - basement rooms.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 June 2011

Previous reviews are spot on. Host has two charming dogs that win your heart immediately. Good cook. Talkative, informative. Interested in selling so be careful if under new ownership in future (unknown entity). She is adamant about making your stay right. Rooms are all located in the walk-out basement. Not my preference. Stayed in the smallest room. Got hot. Window sticks when opening for circulation and no screen. And one annoying thumping sound all night. Not sure if this wasechanical equipment or other device or the like. To be fair, I did not share this with the hostess in the morning as I didn't think it was worth the discussion for our simple single night. The house is on the top of the hill near the main historic town so prepare to walk a healthy hike back up or catch the inexpensive tram. The Italian restaurant is right down the street, a five minute walk. Great food. Wife got ill afterward - seemed like food sickness but on a trip you never are quite sure.

During this guests stay another couple who did not like air conditioning had, without my knowledge, closed the vents in their room. I believe that is what caused the room this guest occupied to be too warm and caused the sound during the night. As most people know, it is necessary to keep all vents open when the house functions on central heat and air conditioning.

While there is not a screen on the window itself, there are screens to put in the window provided in the closet. There is also a fan in the room to add circulation and noise reduction as I've found many couples like fans in the rooms.

While I regret the experience this couple encountered during their stay, several guests have stayed in the room since and no one has complained of being too warm or other noise issues.
I do pride myself on pampering each guest and doing all I can to make them comfortable, however sometimes things are out of your control until too late as in this case.

“Quaint, quiet, central”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 August 2010

We had a nice time. Stayed one night. Breakfast was very delicious. Organic and Gourmet and gluten free. Shared a large table with 2 other couples so conversation was fun. The host was nice and helpful with events and ideas of things to do in the area. Ermillios Italian Rest. is close and it is a must visit in Eureka.
The bed was comfy. This is an older original home so it is old, bathroom fixtures etc. and there are dogs in the main house, but she does note this on her website.

“Second Honeymoon in Eureka Springs”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 May 2009

The four nights my wife and I spent at the Red Bud Manor Inn in Eureka Springs, AR was extremely enjoyable. The innkeeper provides outstanding service, spoiling us both every day. The breakfast meal was something to behold and taste! She is one great cook. Gourmet teas are complimentary. The location of the inn is central to all happenings in the town and within walking distance of a fabulous italian restaurant, Ermilio's.

I highly recommend this inn, there are NO disappointments here!!!!
