This is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for nice comfortable and relaxed place to stay instead of a high end hotel. The management was nice and the rooms were clean. Very close to lots of eating and shopping.

I am in our room right now- problems oh there's a few;
1-non smoking room, 201, above the office. Apparently the staff smokes in the living quarters because I was awakened by the overwhelming smell, actually my eyes are burning. There is no one outside our room smoking at this time either.
2-thought place was redone, but the mattress I am on is broken down and lumpy- wondering if I will have bed bugs now
3- no hair dryer
4- no phone- glad I have a cell phone and picked up their business card
5- TV in my daughter's room at home is larger ( hers is not a flat screen it's over 10 years old and was the one I used before she was born)
6-carpet looks old and would not walk around without my socks- once again thought place was redone
7- Bed linens do not match. Really, how hard is this?
Bottom line, thus room costs about as much as the cheapest room at the Bavarian Inn here in Eureka Springs, and I wouldn't have to put up with any of the above there.

The Property Managers were very hospitable and satisfied our every need. It was clean and well taken care of.

Whenever I go back to Eureka Springs, this will be where I stay. The rooms are clean, the people are nice and the beds are comfortable. Don't expect a 4star hotel, expect to be staying at a good friend's house. The rooms (suite's anyway) are like apartments, stove, fridge, sink with an adjoining bedroom and bathroom. The towels may not match, the showerhead may be a bit to low but it's in my top 10 of places I've stayed throughout my travels. The people you meet will be gracious and fun, just like Eureka Springs.
