This was our first visit to Eureka Springs. Because it was Labor Day weekend there were a few hotels that were all ready booked solid. We chose Candlewick because of the package deal that was offered. We thought it was a good bargain because we did not have the worry of trying to get tickets on our own. Shirley helped to plan our weekend and tended to all the tickets (the Passion Play and HoeDown). It all went off with out a hitch. The outside of the hotel is not much to look at, the pool looked clean & inviting. We did not have time to swim but I saw other guests enjoying the pool. The lobby was extremely small with very limited space for breakfast. Our room was looked and smelt clean and roomy, complete with a refrigerator & microwave. The airconditioner worked. I never made it to the lobby for breakfast. My sister went and did not find it appealing so we walked across the parking lot to an affordable breakfast buffet. When we decided to extend our stay an extra night, Shirely was quick to comply. . Our room was very close to the road, but we were not affected by road noise. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends with the understanding that it is a no frills clean place to stay. I would definitely stay again. I liked the location. Walking distance to shopping, but not in the busy heart of downtown.

We booked based on Tripadvisor comments and weren't disappointed. Actually the rooms were cleaner than I expected and the staff was very helpful in getting discount tickets to local shows. The breakfast was continental, but good.

It was wonderful! We had recently had a power outage that lasted 5 days and we decided to go stay were there was power. Not only was everyone friendly and the room very clean, the location was excellent. Definatly will stay there again.

This hotel was built many years ago, but apparently was recently remodeled. Everything was sparkling clean from the carpet to the ceiling. I am very picky about the bedding and it appeared as if the sheets were starched, very crisp and clean, yet comfortable. I will definately stay again. The Inn Keeper greeted us when we arrived and he was very friendly, helpful, and very nice. I cannot think of anything that I would have changed. ** This Inn did not require a two night stay on the particular special event weekend that I stayed there. Great place to stay~~
