Pros: More affordable than some other chain hotels in Eureka Springs (which is a resort town, and one with higher weekend rates). Friendly staff. Cons: Lower unit is at the base of a steep slope, with levels separated by staircases against the hillside (this may explain why room smelled a bit musty despite being basically clean). Very limited breakfast selection (cold cereals = Cheerios only). Small annoyances: There was a reservation error--despite confirmation received from the Choice Hotels web site. Room service hadn't left bath towels in the room. The phone didn't work when calling the front desk (I could hear the clerk but she couldn't hear me).

This is my first review on trip advisor, I received such excellent service and hospitality at the Rodeway Inn in Eureka Springs, AR that I just had to share. When I called to make my reservation I spoke to Dakota, very polite and knowledgable young man. He went out of his way to make our trip comfortable. When you call for your reservation you expect to be treated kindly, he goes above and beyond to make your accomadations and your vacation as comfortable as possible. After arriving at our hotel, the room smelled fresh and clean, everything was just promised. As far as the staff, you receive the same excellent service when you arrive as you do on the phone. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Sam and other housekeeping service were very helpful as well. They gave us 5 star treatment and were pleasant and friendly all the while.

We checked into the Rodeway Inn in Eureka Springs, Ar on our 1 yr anniversary. Dacota was very polite and was able to get us into a Jacuzzi suite for cheaper than anyone in Eureka Springs. The room wasn't ready but Sam got right to work on it. When we walked in the room it smelled very nice and it was really clean. It was amazing! Sam left us extra towels and we could tell she went to extra steps to making the room nice for us. Every time we past Dacota and Sam they were smiling and was helpful when asked questions. I will recommend this Resort to anyone. The staff is very polite and the facility is extra clean. Thank you for making our 1st year anniversary super.

We brought a group of senior adults from the church and found The Rodeway Inn Swiss Holiday Resort to be all we wanted and more. All of the staff were friendly and most helpful. The Inn went out of their way to provide for the group even though the business had changed hands after our initial reservations. At our request they prepared a tasteful and bountiful full breakfast for the group at a reasonable price. The rooms were good sized and the beds comfortable. Highly recommend if you have a group going to Eureka Springs.
