it was so much fun. the workers areso friendly, its very clean, and you can make fires and its all so much fun. i will be coming to this hotel every time i come here

Our stay was just what we were looking for! Great service, friendly and clean. It was easy to get every where we wanted and Ray the hotel manager was very helpful on giving us advice on things to do and see! Thanks Ray! :0) We will be back again.

We are so happy we selected this hotel to stay in with all the options available. My fiance and I got in at 3:30am coming from WI and slept in our car till 7am because we knew nothing would be open. We were hoping to find a place that would let us check in at 10am because we were so exhausted. I ended up calling here to reserve a Jacuzzi room and the gentleman at the front desk said we could come right over and check in! What a God send, we were so tired! I don't remember the man's name behind the desk, but he was so nice to us and very helpful when we asked for suggestions on places to eat and so on. The room was very clean and we had a wonderful stay. I thank the owner again for letting check in right away!

I was pleasantly surprised when staying at this hotel. I have visited Eureka Springs at least 4 times a year (A WEEK AT A TIME) for over 25 yrs and I have stayed everywhere
from Bed and Breakfast to private cottages to other hotels and this was one of my most pleastant stays I have had.I don't know why i missed this hotel in the past, but i plan to stay here again. I was placed in a room in building B on the top floor facing the woods. It was so quiet and very private with a balconey we could sit on and enjoy the view of the fall foliage. The room was SPOTLESSLY CLEANED each day. My only small complaint was the hardness of the bed . The room was equipped with microwave and refrigerator.
The front staff was extra friendly and helpful..Ieven decided to stay an extra day!
