This was the first time my boyfriend and I have ever been to a bed and breakfast and it was a great experience. Keith (the innkeeper) made our stay even better. He was a wonderful host and very informative about Eureka Springs as far as what we should do and where to go.
The place itself was a little tucked away in a neighborhood but it is walking distance to to the main tourist strip. Because it is tucked away, there wasn't too much noise. The location is excellent if you want a little peace and quiet but also be able to see the main attractions of the town.
We were there two nights total and the first night, Keith was gracious enough to play his guitar and sing a song for us. The next morning, he prepared a wonderful homecooked meal for us. Keith makes a killer quiche (I think that's what it was anyway. haha) and also french toast. Definitely ask him to make the french toast if you are there.
As far as the rooms, we stayed in the Newport room, which was a little snug, but still a wonderfully, charming room. There was cute and unique antiques everywhere which gave the whole place a certain artistic flair. There was also a sunroom w/ a balcony, where you could go outside and enjoy the breeze or have some tea w/ a couple of friends.
Overall, we loved this place and would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast to other vacationers.
