Our Christmas vacation here last year was so special we recreated the experience this year. Once again, the staff was accommodating yet unobtrusive. We will always recommend Sugar Ridge! Look no further to find a hideaway with all the comforts you could want, from the fireplace, Dish tv, deck overlooking the lake, to the giant jacuzzi. Loved it again!

We just got married and had 25 people come down with us from Wisconsin. We rented the two large cabins and it worked out great. The view is absolutely beautiful and so are the cabins. The cabins are right next to each other and everyone was close by. The only down fall is it's a little bit of a drive to Down town Eureka Springs, but I would still highly recommend. The beds are super comfy too. Great owners also, very nice and helpful. Thank you for the great stay!

We can't say anything other than positive things about this place! My husband and I spent Christmas weekend here, and could not have custom designed a more relaxing and special time.
We stayed in Cabin #1 and from the moment we set foot onto the gleaming hardwood and tiled floors, the spotless carpet in the bedroom, played in the spic and span clean jacuzzi (looking out of the picture window to the beautiful lake below), moved our toiletries into the no-complaints bathroom, slept for 3 nights in the king bed with soft linens - to the time we very sadly said goodbye to the gorgeous view and our wood-burning fireplace (which we kept going almost non-stop - all the wood we could use!) - this was a perfect place to get away. We were close enough to Eureka Springs to visit the shops and try the restaurants, but far enough away to feel removed from all cares and concerns.
If we needed anything, Rich and George made sure we were taken care of. We asked for more towels, and were given them. We had an ample supple of firestarters, and if we needed more, were given them.
The basics are provided for - coffee/coffee maker, toaster, pans, pots, aluminum foil, dishes, wine glasses, etc. Charcoal and started are also provided, altho it was too cold for us to grill outside. If you need something special and they cannot provide it, just bring it, or get it in town. The tv has cable channels, should you need that diversion. Feed the birds with the provided birdseed and watch Nature's show!
The views, the caring operators, and setting - all make the trip up the mountain worthwhile. We will always stay here when we visit again.

A lovely location looking out over Beaver Lake. Enjoyed the fireplace and the big porch with a swing. The cabin needs some refurbishment--broken toilet seat, beat up furniture, lots of dust on the curtains, fans and walls.
