We booked this hotel online. Great location for touring Downtown Eureka Springs. The owner was very friendly, the rooms clean and in great shape. I would definitely stay the next time we are in Eureka Springs!

Booked on line for a queen with a micro and fridge. Got there and and only fridge is offered with queen. paid extra for a king to get the micro and nice easy chair. oh well...Service was great. I am disbabled and was afforded a ground floor room and even assist with my luggage. Room was a little out dated but very clean. Breakfast is just cereal and rolls. I fixed my own with diabetic oatmeal, turkey bacon and came out the better for it. Trolly stops in front and they sell all day or 2 day passes at desk plus show and Passion play tickets. Nice rocker by my front door and a patio area nearby with small street/yard lamp..table and chairs. chairs need work. Good restaurants nearby. but too pricey for this property. Should of just came to town and drove about as the week after Labor Day....everyone drops their prices...some nice places down to 29 a night. Oh well...live and learn. But staff was very helpful to me.

My fiance and I stayed here for a weekend get-away October 29-31, 2010. It is close enough for a walk to the main section of Eureka Springs (if you are in semi-good shape) but the Trolley turn around is right down the hill and a quick ride to the shops. We bought our tickets to the trolley in the office. The rooms are nothing special but exactly what we expected. It was a good place to rest after a long day walking the hills of Eureka Springs. The only complaint we had was the motorcycles that left early our first morning there. We had made it in late the night before (around midnight) and were looking forward to sleeping in, but the room next to us had three bikes who started up around 6:30 am. We didn't have a problem with them starting their bikes and leaving, our problem was with them sitting in front of our room idling for about 20 minutes. Needless to say we were up after that.

Other than that, everything was great with the room.

Stayed over the weekend of July 23rd for two nights. We were located in the back of the hotel, down a flight of stairs with deep woods as our view. It's difficult to explain the smell in the room so all I can say musty. There were two doors which connected our room to the rooms next to us. The first night was fine. The second night we were able to catch up on our neighbors hard night of drinking and events of the day. We called the front desk 3 times and were eventually able to get some sleep. The pool is a bit of a joke. Poorly maintained and very small. It say's Capacity 15 people on the sign. If there is 15 people in there, you better know them well. The lady at the front desk is nice enough but when I asked her if she had thin walls, she responded with "I don't know". She was the owner. This area is nice to visit with a great choice in restaraunts and activities. The main problem is where to stay. According to many of the reviews, it seems like a crap shoot when making your choice. It might be nice or you may have to spend time with roaches, spiders or feces on the comforter unless you're willing to pay $200.00 a night to stay downtown. KEEP LOOKING we will too.
