The Matterhorn Towers was a great place to stay! The rooms were clean; the hospitality was genuine. Chris (the owner) and Aubrey (the wonderful dog) were wecoming and made us feel "at home." We will definitely return and stay again at the Matterhorn. Thank you, Chris and Aubrey, for helping make our trip to Eureka Spring a pleasant experience!

We have stayed there three times, the last visit will be the last time. Although chris (the owner) was nice the first two times, he was belligerent this last visit. After reserving 3 rooms we arrive to a drunk chris saying that he only had one, but would knock 10 dollars off. He then just said not to turn on the air conditioner even though it was 100 degrees outside. He then got irritable and accused us of having a keg party and leaving the rooms dirty the last time?! I tried to reason with him the next day for another room but even though the housekeeper said there are plenty of empty rooms he while still drunk said she was lying and asked me if we can get ugly with it. I told him it already was ugly and he almost started a fight with me. He was about as professional as a 1st grader.

Our group stays here every month we are in town. We love Chris (owner) and Aubrey (dog)! Lots of remodeling has been done, great prices, great hospitality, great location! If you come to Eureka for fun and entertainment, then stay at the Matterhorn Towers. If you want privacy get the penthouse or one of the suites!
