This is by far the 'best' hotel I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. By best, I don't mean the fanciest, ritziest, most expensive. I mean the most enjoyable stay. The innkeepers are genuinely friendly, the rooms are spotless. Decor is cabin-like and homey. The hot tub is amazing! It isn't one of the typical hotel hot tubs, but is more of an upscale home type. Roomy, comfortable, adjustable lights, jets, and even a waterfall! I will say the Continental Breakfast is a bit disappointing, very small with limited selection, but overall, a very pleasurable and wonderful stay. If we are ever in the area, wouldn't consider staying anywhere else!

The rooms are extremely clean the beds are very comfortable. Had a jacuzzi room and there is a hot tub outside. The hosts are very nice people always smiling and cleaning. A nice lodge to stay in and would stay again.

I stayed at this property many times when it was under its previous ownership (named the Rose Garden Inn). I was extremely glad to see it has undergone many renovations since then. While I noticed a few remnants of the past (same old bathroom linoleum, doily window covering, shower head, dining table), everything else had been replaced. Our room was very clean, and I really enjoyed the little touches/accessories that made the room comfortable and gave it that "lodge" feel (i.e. bear telephone, rustic furniture, flickering lantern lamp). Owners were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their interest in environmental preservation. My only complaints are 1) no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom to hang towels/clothes/robe on (there had been a hook on the back of our bathroom door, but it was broken); 2) while the mattresses are new, ours was extremely firm and I did not sleep well; 3) the "food" served as part of the continental breakfast consisted of packaged muffins and snacks (i.e. moon pies), not actual breakfast food. Overall, I was very pleased with the property given the price I paid and will definitely consider staying here again, although next time I will choose a room on the "adults only" floor overlooking the beautiful woods behind the property.

This overnight experience was one of the BEST we've ever encountered. Robert and Sonja were superb hosts and so enjoyable to visit with! We loved the room and will definitely be back. This has to be THE best place in Eureka Springs to stay!

It is no wonder why Trip Advisor gave it great ratings!!!
