We have just spent a week skiing in Pas de la casa, hoteling in Guineu, a pleasant friendly hotel, but with very poor breakfasts, the Croissants were not nice, they tasted old and dry and no cooked breakfast that you usually get in skiing holiday hotels . We found the head waiter to be rather unpleasant, unusual for an Argentinean, he tried to insist that we bought a new bottle of water for dinner each day instead of taking the bottle to our room and bringing it back the next evening , there were only the two of us, and the bottle was 1 ½ ltrs, I was drinking wine so drunk very little water. They did give us cooked breakfast for 2 days, and said that they were going to have a bain-marie for cooked breakfasts, so check it out if you do decide to stay at this hotel. However the hotel is very close to the ski slopes.
