I was sent there from a tour operator in Portugal and stayed from 26/12 until 1/01. First we were located in a fourth floor with no elevator (actually there's one, but it seems not to be working for ages!!). Imagine what it is to climb narrow stairs in snowboard or ski boots (and equipment)... Then, the TV wasn't working, and neither did the central heating system. Hot water was only available when there wasn't many people trying to take a bath. Otherwise there was no water at all.
After two nights we were moved to the second floor. The TV and the central heating were ok, but there was no locker available, so we had to keep our gear at the reception, sometimes waiting for someone to come with the key.
Hot water was a little more abundant on the first day, but got worse on the following.
On the 1st January, after returning from the slopes, and waiting 4 hours to take a bath, I asked Mr. Paulo, what was I supposed to do. He, in a very unpolite way, told me that If I was not satisfied, I could leave, which we did, immediately.
On the following day we issued a complaint on the tourism office at Pas de La Casa.
It's unbelievable that the authorities allow this kind of places to be open an deceive tourists.
