I have just come back from a week skiing in Andorra. I stayed with a friend at Llac Negre, it is by far the best hotel i've stayed in for a skiing holiday. The staff are great! Pat the manager is amazing, i don't know how he puts in the hours he does! The food is fantastic! Location is good, 5 mins from the lifts. Rooms are basic, but there was always lots of hot water! If you are going to Pas, stay here but take some ear plugs!

Hi, stopped in this hotel last week and had a great week snowboarding and partying. The hotel itself is basic but ticks the right boxes for good food, comfortable bed and good location.
The hotel is about 5 mins walk from the slopes and is ideal, there are hotels closer to the slopes but this was not an issue for us 3 lads. The resort itself is very much a party place which was great for us.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to groups who like a laugh and a party or 3.

I'm a out going person and very wild but if your with your girlfriend its a different story. I was truly in shocked. The whole 6 nights we were there we didn't get any sleep at all. The hotel is full of teens that made noise. Even the older crowds made plenty of noise as well. The food was very bland there was once we waited for an hour. People who rate this over 2 stars havent been on a holiday before in there lives. My girlfriend asked pat why does he allow so many rowdey singles in the hotel he said because of the money they spend.

I was interested to read that this hotel was rated number 1 in Pas De La Casa. This is a hotel "exclusive to Crystal ski" therefore it is very difficult to compare to the other hotels. The food is good and the chef does a good job. But it was not without problems therefore I rate it as average only. The heating in the room was not ON for the first three days (of six) so the room was cold!!!!!. After five requests the heating was finally sorted. The hotel is extremely noisy. Sound carries throughout the hotel, when people return to their rooms it wakes you up. Even their footsteps are very noisy. We did not sleep through any night without multiple disturbances.The location is ok for the ski lifts. The prices for food and drink are not cheap considering Andorra is supposed top be "DUTYFREE" !!!!!!!!!. The rooms all have extra beds in the rooms SO even a couple will feel cramped as the double beds are right against the bedroom walls so getting in and out is very awkward.
