Buenos días, en cuanto al comentario de la fianza, siempre se especifica antes de realizar la venta que se pedirá una fianza de 150 euros por apartamento y estancia, al menos que con quien haya contratado la estancia no se lo haya comentado. En un principio se pide que deben dejar limpio la cocina y el menaje que hayan utilizado, no se pide que dejen el apartamento totalmente limpio, ya que siempre se limpian en su totalidad a la salida de cada cliente/estancia.
El parking sí que tiene ese costo y consideramos que el espacio de las plazas son normales y es una opción muy cómoda. Gracias por destacar que la ubicación del complejo es inmejorable y por las buenas opiniones. Esperamos nos tenga en cuenta a la hora de volver al destino y pueda salir totalmente satisfecho de su estancia.
