This hotel was a pretty clean property. I had mixed emotions because they still have some smoking rooms and you never know what you will get. My room had not been smoked in so i was happy. Mattress was comfy and plenty of channels, shower was not very clean but everything else was ok. I was a little overpriced. no restaurants close by you have to drive into town.

I have stayed there just about every week since March of 2011 while working in the area. I love the staff and the Manager will do anything to make sure you are happy. The rooms are very clean and I have no worries about bugs (i hate bugs and terrified of getting bed bugs). They make me feel like a home away from home.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and
clean. The hotel is located off a highway but did not hear any road noise. The TV is a flat screen with an extended cable line up. The only reason I did not give this hotel five stars is due to location.The location is not in the best part of town and there are no restaurants within walking distance. All the hotels in El Dorado are located in this part of town. If visiting this area again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

My 2 night stay at this Hampton was excellent! The front desk staff working any shift were always super friendly, helpful and informative. My room was spacious and comfortable. The mattress, pillows and comforter were perfect for a great nights sleep. I liked that the walls, ceiling and floor were all thick enough to be soundproof. There is nothing more frustrating than having to clearly hear everything your neighbor guests say and do. Kudos to this Hampton for constructing this 3 story facility properly. The morning breakfasts were good with plenty to choose from including scrambled eggs and hash browns. The chocolate chip cookies in the evening were a nice treat. I would have given this location all fives but did not because of its location. It is located in a very run down part of town which is where most of the hotels in El Dorado are located. There is also nothing close by to eat. Closest places are 2 to 3 miles away so you definitely need vehicle because there are no taxis in this town. I will stay here again when visiting El Dorado.
